2. Products & Sales
I create unique handmade ceramics inspired by the Dorset landscape and coastline. Each piece is individually crafted using wheel-throwing, hand-building, and finished with my own glazes and techniques.
– As all items are handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in colour, size and finish are to be expected and are part of their unique character.
– Some items are suitable for tableware or serveware, while others are intended for decorative use. Product descriptions will specify intended use.
– Unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order.

3. Pricing & Payments
– All prices are shown in GBP (£).
– Payment is required at the time of order.
– I accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are dispatched to UK addresses only.
– A flat shipping rate of £3.50 applies to all orders.
– Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment being received.
– Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Evri (2–3 business days). Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond my control (e.g. postal strikes, bad weather).
– Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
– In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
– If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 14 days and return it in its original condition within a further 14 days.
– The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, I may deduct an amount to cover loss in value.
– If an item arrives damaged I am happy to send a replacement or give a full refund.

6. Website & Use
– All purchases are made using a guest checkout. No customer accounts are created.- I make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur and I reserve the right to correct them.
– All images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nick Jackson Ceramics and may not be used without permission.

7. Legal
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
– Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
– I comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
